The Village offices will accept these forms of payment at the window: Check, Money Order, Credit Card, or Debit Card. You can also pay through the new program, Invoice Cloud, using the links on this page. Payment is accepted at Adirondack Bank- Ilion. There is a drop box located in the parking lot of the Municipal Building that can be used for payments with checks or money orders only. No cash is accepted in the drop box.
To pay your electric bill online, click Electric. To pay your water bill online, click Water. Features of Invoice Cloud include paying by text, receiving reminders that your bill is coming due, setting up recurring payments, scheduling payments and paying multiple accounts at one time. Bills may be paid by using a credit card, debit card or checking account.
The Village of Ilion Water Department serves over 2,994 service connections and provides water from three separate reservoirs through our state-of-the-art slow-sand filtration water treatment plant. Water is also supplied from two wells.

The Village of Ilion Electric Department serves over 3000 households and is regulated by the New York Department of Public Service. The municipal utility first provided electrical services on December 11, 1900.
For consumer complaints that cannot be resolved with the Village of Ilion, you may contact the New York Department of Public Service (DPS). DPS complaints may be directed as follows:
