As Mayor, and on behalf of the Board and the entire staff, let me welcome you to the official website of the Village of Ilion NY. I am extremely proud to represent the Village of Ilion, with all of its beauty, its progressive attitude and its rich history and I am proud to serve as its chief executive.
Our staff works hard to keep this site up to date and filled with meaningful information. If after viewing the site you have additional questions or need clarification on anything at all, give us a call at the village offices. Someone will be happy to assist you.
Thank you for visiting our website and please, check in frequently for updates.
To all Village of Ilion residents;
It has been brought to the Village's attention that during recent windy weather conditions we have been experiencing, that recyclable materials are being blown around various neighborhoods when placed out for collection.
Please remain aware that recyclables are NOT to be placed in plastic bags due to having to remain loose when placed in the collection vehicle.
Recyclables also need to be placed in a container WITH A LID when placed to the curb on your collection night.
Thank you for your cooperation with this issue in keeping Ilion as clean as possible.
