Prescription Drug Discount Program for Residents
The Envision Medical Solutions' Prescription Savings Program is being offered to Village of Ilion residents.
The program is offered at NO cost to Ilion tax and ratepayers. Under the program, residents and customers of the Village's Water & Electric Utilities will be provided with the Envision prescription drug discount card which may be used to obtain discounts on various prescription drugs purchased at participating pharmacies. In addition to the discount, Envision will also be donating $0.10 per prescription for all Non-U&C (usual and customary) paid claims. Village officials have designated the Ilion Public Library be the recipient of these proceeds, to be used solely for the purchase of reading materials.
The free discount cards are available at the Ilion Municipal Utilities Office and at the Ilion Library. The savings card may be used any time your prescription is not covered by insurance. It can even save you money on pet medication.
Members have access to a website that provides pharmacy locations, medication pricing and mail order information. Please note the card provides discounts it is not insurance.
